I am looking for home made cleaners to use in my dishwasher, and my coffee pot. Both are getting kind of scuzzy, I know you can biy stuff but I’d rather use a non-chemicle if I can.
The best, cheapest, and least corrosive home item you can use is plain white vinegar. Throw a cupful into your dishwasher when you run a load and it’ll help clean the soap scum and make it smell better.
Perk a pot of water through your coffee pot with half a cup of white vinegar added, no filters, no coffee. Then perk a pot of plain water, no filters, no coffee to rinse.
